Journaling can be one of the most private, definitive ways to improve behaviors.
This journal is meant to help improve our capacity for sharing kindness. On our best days, it may be an easy task. On our worst days, almost impossible.
Taking a few minutes each day to consciously practice acts of kindness and to record our feelings when we do and also when we fail to show kindness can facilitate a habit of good deeds, for ourselves and others.
What can we do, as human beings, to facilitate good deeds among others? We can take note, record, and make plans for future encounters.
